Local Care Provider Association (LCPA) Benefits

Eligibility for Membership of Care Association Alliance, a national network of local trade associations which provides Care Providers across the country with a voice direct to the people in authority.   5. LCPAs Support Care Providers with their own recruitment and retention strategies such as social media recruitment strategy, careers fairs at local schools/colleges
  6. LCPAs will serve as a vehicle for delivering local issues direct to key decision makers in the health and social care industry;
  7. LCPAs undertake various special projects from time to time such as developing international recruitment and retention strategies.
